Holcot is a comfy, ‘home-from-home’ self-catering group holiday centre, with modern comforts and set in the beautiful Kent countryside.  Originally established as a holiday and training centre in 1933, parts of the building date back to the late 1800’s. 

Approximately 25ish miles from London, the Eden Valley is described as a “tranquil gem in the English countryside”.  It has many picturesque towns and villages with historic houses, castles, churches, beautiful rural walks, and charming country pubs.
